The rules surrounding the use of teletherapy changed in 2020 with COVID-19. The emergency rules have now been lifted, and it’s not just back to the way things were. This webinar will provide updated information on how to ethically and legally practice teletherapy and offering substantial time to field questions about the use of video therapy.
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this webinar, the learner will: 1) be able to cite the differences in rules regarding teletherapy since the removal of the emergency declarations, 2) evaluate HIPAA-approved platforms, and 3) develop documentation appropriate for remote therapy.
