About the Webinar:

Just like other forms of diversity, clients with various cognitive styles, or neurodiversity, is a consideration that therapists must take into account when working with clients and their relational dynamics. This presentation will familiarize participants with affirming language, conceptualization models, and intervention strategies to best support relational dynamics where one or all members fall under the umbrella of neurodivergence. The presenters hope the participants leave this presentation feeling confident using affirming terminology and practices while promoting client autonomy, justice, and empowerment.
