This workshop will describe how therapists can return to their theory of therapy to deliver therapy services through technology. Attendees will revisit aspects of their theory of therapy, such as basic assumptions of their theory, role of the therapist, interventions and techniques, and self of therapist to help prepare for teletherapy services. This workshop will not focus on any one model, but will be cover the process of revising your theory of therapy for teletherapy practice.
