Vanessa Linn Hillis (they/them/theirs) is the CEO and founder of They Them Consulting, a business services firm in Central Texas that specializes in HIPAA compliance risk assessments. As a vocally “out” transgender non-binary consultant, Vanessa recognizes a need for explicitly inclusive partnerships and strives to make They Them Consulting a safe and respectful resource for people of all backgrounds.

Vanessa earned their Master’s Degree in Public Affairs
from the University of Texas at Austin’s LBJ School, their Bachelor’s degree from Austin College, and their Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
